You will need a Sand Storehouse to store the sand collected from Sand Quarry .

You must defend this building well if you don't want your sand to be stolen by any attacker.
When you upgrade your castle, you can upgrade them as well to store MORE SAND! On Castle 15 or 16 you can build up a second storehouse.

By upgrading the Sand Storehouse, you increase it's capacity and hitpoints. The time and cost of the upgrade increase too. You need gold and bread to upgrade the Storehouse.
